Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 6, 2026
Our approach
AlephAct Inc. (“we”, “us”) makes software products. We believe software should ask for as little of your information as possible. This policy explains what we collect — which is very little — across our website and our apps.
This website
This website (alephact.com) is a static informational site. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on it. Visiting these pages does not create an account or a profile, and we do not log personal information about visitors.
Our apps
Our apps are designed to work without an account:
- Local storage. Practice progress, scores, and settings are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded to our servers — we do not operate servers that receive app data.
- No accounts. Our apps do not ask you to sign up, sign in, or provide a name, email, or phone number to use them.
- No advertising trackers. We do not embed third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs in our apps.
- Purchases. If you buy something inside an app, the transaction is processed by the app store (for example, Apple’s App Store). We never see or store your payment details.
Information you send us
If you email us at Service@AlephAct.com, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message, and we use it only to respond to you. We do not sell or share it.
Children
Our products are general-audience tools. Because our apps collect no personal information and require no accounts, there is nothing for a child to hand over — which is exactly how we like it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes to how an app handles data will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
